Design leader and Creative Director

Born and raised in Pilsen, Chicago, I learned the value of hard work early on. I'm a graduate of Columbia College Chicago with two decades of experience in advertising and design across Chicago and the Bay Area.

I spent 13 years in advertising at agencies like Digitas and Havas, working across retail, broadcast, social, and digital campaigns while building a parallel passion for branding and strategy. My multidisciplinary approach opened unique doors: designing a museum, launching a community arts center in New Orleans' Lower 9th Ward, and producing a sound documentary with RocNation and Tokimonsta.

As a creative leader, I'm passionate about building teams and growing businesses. At Havas, I helped scale a sister agency to 40+ staff and $40M in revenue. At Beyond and AstroStudios, I led business development and brand strategy for clients like Facebook, Google Pay, Samsung, and startups that collectively raised over $500M. I later co-founded Fresh Laundry, a staffing firm for underrepresented creatives, and led high-profile work with Project Art Collective, including the Tupac Shakur museum and the Fugees' re-launch.

I’m based in Chicago and am passionate about speaking on panels and championing fellow designers.
